INSTRUCTIONS
WEEK 1
For this week, Dr Hayati gave us a brief introduction to the module. We were told to create a matrix table of aspects from the literature review that we wanted to touch upon in our dissertation.
WEEK 2-3
I showed Dr Hayati my matrix table with an analysis for the literature review. She said that the numbering for my table of contents was incorrect and that I should add “sampling” as one of my subtopics. Additionally, to add columns for “themes” “keywords” and “methodology”. I should also find a way to link the articles to my subtopics.
WEEK 4
This week, we had to show our progress with our literature review. Dr Hayati said that I should work on my formatting on google docs, as there were a few empty pages. She asked me to carefully think about the subtopics I have as I put a lot, and if it was necessary. Overall, she said it looks fine. I reformatted my google doc according to the requirements. I also restructured my subtopics.
WEEK 5
Dr Hayati said that my progress so far looks quite good. I asked her where should I place the “limitations” section in my dissertation, in which she recommends that I put it before the “project recommendations” section, so that I could talk about the limitations of each section. I proceeded to create my findings section. I made subtopics about the “literature review”and “Methodology”.
WEEK 6
I completed the first draft of my dissertation. I rearranged the table of contents and font and I finished adding my reference list.
WEEK 7
After receiving feedback, I finished the final draft of my dissertation.
